Gorini wants full effort against Brescia

Cittadella head coach Edoardo Gorini spoke to the media before the Granata‘s away trip to Brescia on Saturday.

The club was defeated by Salernitana in stoppage time of the league opener last weekend. Gorini and Cittadella will be looking to bounce back at the Stadio Mario Rigamonti on Saturday as they face Brescia.

Here were some key notes from Gorini in Friday’s press conference.

On Brescia:

“We analyzed last weekend’s match against Salernitana, we saw our errors and where we have to be better. Brescia are an organized and compact squad that won their first two home matches. It won’t be an easy game even for them if we do the right things.”

Squad updates:

“Simone Tronchin is still a bit behind, as well as Stefano Negro. We have Francesco D’Alessio and Luca Pandolfi back in the squad.”

On tomorrow’s match:

“We will be facing a solid and compact squad. It will be a very heated match, so we will have to be ready.”
