Cittadella defeat Virtus Verona as Lavarone preseason wraps up.

Cittadella were victorious in their fifth preseason game in Lavarone as they defeated Virtus Verona 2-0 on Wednesday.

A first half goal from Giuseppe Carriero gave the Granata the lead at halftime, before Andrea Magrassi added another for Edoardo Gorini’s team to give them the win.

This was the last preseason match in Trentino as the team finishes preseason training at the retreat. Gorini’s men will travel back down to San Martino di Lupari to face Serie D side Luparense on Saturday, which finishes their preseason games.
